Rejlers publishes Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025

REG

In 2025, Rejlers launched an updated strategy towards 2030 with clear and interconnected targets for financial performance, sustainability and culture. Sustainability is now fully integrated into the business strategy and is regarded as a prerequisite for long-term value creation for customers, employees and the transformation of our societies.

Rejlers continues to be an important partner in the transition to a more sustainable society and has, during the year, contributed to client projects in the energy transition, industrial transformation and the future-proofing of our communities.

Rejlers’ vision, “Home of the Learning Minds”, has laid the foundation for a warm and winning corporate culture that helps attract and develop employees while creating value for customers. In 2025, Rejlers began systematically measuring its corporate culture, with the ambition of achieving a culture index of 10/10. The first measurement shows a strong result of 8/10.

During 2025, Rejlers continued to translate its strategy into tangible results:

  • Net sales increased to SEK 4,741 million (4,431), with organic growth of 6.5 per cent
  • EBITA increased to SEK 377.7 million (352.3), with a margin of 8.0 per cent
  • Emissions from own operations (Scope 1 and 2) have decreased by 29 per cent since 2023
  • This is our first audited report in accordance with the EU’s new sustainability reporting framework (CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
  • Rejlers was awarded a Platinum rating by EcoVadis and is ranked among the top 1 per cent of the 130,000 companies assessed globally

“We have a clear direction, a strong offering and an attractive culture with engaged employees. This gives us the strength to continue growing and to take a leading role in the development of tomorrow’s sustainable society,” says Viktor Svensson, President and CEO of Rejlers.
