The change in the number of shares and votes in Rejlers is due to the new issue in kind of 471,478 shares of series B in connection with the acquisition of the company Risk Pilot AB that was resolved by the Board of Directors on 29 April 2025 with support from an authorization granted at the annual general meeting held on 24 April 2025.
