Refine Group acquires an additional 1.4 Bitcoin for approximately SEK 1.5 million

Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine Group” or the “Company”) has completed a new acquisition of 1.4 Bitcoin at an average purchase price of approximately SEK 1,066,584 per BTC. The total investment amounts to approximately SEK 1.5 million. Following today’s transaction, the Company holds a total of 6.53 Bitcoin on its balance sheet.

The acquisition is part of Refine Group’s long-term Bitcoin Treasury strategy, aimed at diversifying its asset portfolio and enhancing shareholder value through increased exposure to Bitcoin.
