The Board of Directors of Raytelligence has received the news that CEO and Board member Ben Hedenberg has unexpectedly passed away. 

“It is with great shock and sadness that we have received this tragic and unexpected news. Our thoughts are with Ben’s family and loved ones,” says Sven Otto Littorin, Chairman of the Board of Raytelligence.

Ben Hedenberg was appointed CEO of Raytelligence in 2024, to drive the company's strategy to execute combination deals. The Board of Directors will shortly begin the search for a new CEO, and will release new information as soon as possible.
