Per Lindberg BidCo AB makes public the Offer Document regarding the mandatory bid for Ranplan Group AB

On January 15 Ranplan made public that Per Lindberg, through his wholly owned company Per Lindberg BidCo AB (“the Bidder”), has made a mandatory public cash offer to Ranplan’s shareholders, resident within the EES.
