Nickolaj Johansson was elected to the board at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 8, 2024, but has now chosen to resign due to a lack of available time.

I also believe that the remaining board has more than sufficient capacity to continue guiding the company forward, and that the timing—before the upcoming holiday period—is favorable to provide the company with good conditions to identify and recruit a suitable replacement in a calm and structured manner”, says Nickolaj Johansson.
