Municipal Board of Marbella formally votes through the previously granted approval to proceed with its own urban planning for Boho Groups properties
Boho Group AB (publ) hereby announces that Marbella's municipal board has formally voted through Boho Club's previously granted approval, thereby confirming its legal validity and allowing the detailed planning process to formally proceed.
Consequently, the urban planning of the Boho Club plots will now proceed in accordance with the approved planning framework, enabling Boho Group to advance to the next stages of architectural design, technical planning, and permitting.
Within this framework, the current Boho Club complex, which today amounts to approximately 7 000 square meters, will be expanded to a built-up area of 28 400 square meters. The project consists of the further development of the Boho Club's luxury hotel and associated facilities, combining high-class hospitality, excellent design, and an integrated range of wellness and cultural offerings.
Boho Group welcomes this approval and will continue to work with the municipality and project partners as our project progresses.
