Mattias Kaneteg elected to the Board of Boho Group

Boho Group AB (publ) ("Boho Group" or the "Company") announces that at today's Annual General Meeting Mattias Kaneteg was elected as a director of the Company. The Company's largest shareholders supported the decision, which was made unanimously.

Mattias Kaneteg has gradually purchased shares in Boho Group in recent years and is currently the company's largest shareholder with approximately 16.29% of the votes. His commitment and long-term belief in the company has been clear and he has been an important player in the company's development during this time.

Mattias is the founder of Miss Group, a fast-growing digital solutions company with over 1 million customers and a turnover of over SEK 1 billion, as well as the chairman and main owner of Eye World. Mattias has solid experience of growing companies in international environments, which will be a great asset for Boho Group.
