Fernando Moreno increases his stake in Boho Group - Felix Ruiz Hernández makes his first acquisition of shares

Boho Group AB (publ) today announces that Fernando Moreno has increased his ownership in the company through the acquisition of 386 797 shares. The transaction has been reported in accordance with applicable regulations for insiders.

At the same time, Félix Ruiz Hernández – one of Spain's most successful tech entrepreneurs and investors – has made his first acquisition of shares in Boho Group through the purchase of a significant stake. Félix expresses strong confidence in the company's strategy, future development and the value-creating potential of Boho Club's projects.
