The Moreno family is widely regarded as one of the long-established families on the Costa del Sol within real estate development and construction. With an active presence in the region for over 60 years, the family has built a strong portfolio of real estate assets.
 
The seller, Mattias Kaneteg, currently owns 14,7 % of the shares in Boho Group. Mr. Kaneteg has chosen to carry out this block trade in order to enable Fernando Moreno’s entry as a shareholder and to propose him as a board member of Boho Group. In conjuction with the transaction, Mattias Kaneteg comments: “I stongly believe that Fernando and his family will give Boho Group the necessary support to aggessivly grow Boho Group” the company while taking a more active role through his participation on the Board of Directors. The nomination committee and the main shareholders of Boho Group have reviewed the proposal and stand behind the nomination of Fernando Moreno as a new board member.

The company will shortly convene an extraordinary general shareholder meeting to nominate Fernando Moreno as a member of the board of directors.
