Qliro plans to issue T2 notes

Qliro AB (publ) has mandated Pareto Securities AB to evaluate the possibility of issuing T2 notes of up to SEK 70 million. The issue is expected to occur in the near future, subject to market conditions.

Pareto acts as sole bookrunner and Gernandt & Danielsson as legal counsel in relation to the planned transaction.
