Change in number of shares and votes in Qliro AB

Qliro AB (publ) (the ”Company”) announces today that the number of shares and votes has increased by 6,876,641 as a result of the rights issue of shares resolved by the Board of Directors on 5 June 2025 based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2025, and the directed share issue resolved by the Board of Directors on 3 July 2025 based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2025.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 28,276,502.
