Qliro AB (publ) (the ”Company”) announces today that the number of shares and votes has increased by 105,668, following a share issue carried out under STIP 2024, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2024.

As of 30 June 2025, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounted to 21,399,861.
