CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP – QEVIRP 41 LTD FROM 23% to 11%

QleanAir has received information that Qevirp 41 Ltd has decreased its ownership in the company. Following this decrease, Qevirp 41 Ltd holds 1,612,359 shares in the company corresponding to 10.85 % of the total number of shares and votes in the company (10.10% after full dilution).

Qevirp 41 Ltd was, as of May 31, 2023, the company’s largest shareholder. The total number of shares in QleanAir amounts to 14,859,200 (15,959,316 after full dilution).
