Qben Infra: Subsidiary completes acquisition of Testpartner Gruppen
Nordic Inspekt Group AB, has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Norway-based testing, inspection and certification (TIC) group Testpartner Gruppen from Testpartner Invest AS.
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements dated 23 January 2025 and 1 April 2025 regarding the transaction.
