Changed date for the annual general meeting

The board of Q-linea AB (publ) ("Q-linea" or the "Company") has decided to change the date of the annual general meeting.

The background to the board's decision is the cost-saving process that was initiated and announced via a separate press release, meaning that the board found it most appropriate to postpone the annual general meeting. Q-linea's 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2023. The meeting will be held at Hubben Konferens, Uppsala Science Park room 3+4, Dag Hammarskjölds väg 38 in Uppsala.

The notice to the annual general meeting will be distributed through a press release.
