Prisma strengthens its management team
On January 1, 2025, Prisma Properties' in-house property management team will take over responsibility for the company’s Swedish property portfolio. In connection with this, Per Nilsson, Prisma's Head of Property Management, will join the management team.
Per Nilsson has been with Prisma since March 2024 and has been responsible for establishing Prisma's property management organization throughout the year. Per brings extensive industry experience, including previous roles at Svenska Handelsfastigheter and Thon Property.
CEO Fredrik Mässing comments:
"Over the past year, Per has successfully built our new property management organization, bringing in several key individuals. I am delighted to welcome Per to the management team. With his experience, he will play an important role in the company's strategic work and contribute to our continued development."
As of January 1, Prisma's management team will consist of CEO Fredrik Mässing, CFO Martin Lindqvist, COO Johan Nielsen, Head of Transactions Tom Hagen, CDO Carsten Krebs, and Per Nilsson, Head of Property Management.
