  • Adjusted profit from property management, excluding items affecting comparability and exchange rate effects: SEK 45 (25) million
  • Unrealised changes in value of properties: SEK 56 (-40) million, corresponding to a 0.8% increase in value 
  • Net profit/loss for the period: SEK 81 (-30) million, corresponding to SEK 0.49 per share (-0.27) before and after dilution

CEO’s Comments

Net leasing remained strong during the first quarter of 2025. At the same time, several new projects were initiated, and active efforts are underway to utilize building rights in Sweden and Denmark.

"We ended 2024 on a strong note, and the new year has started in the same way. In addition to new lease agreements and an acquisition, we also completed a successful refinancing during the quarter, which will reduce our annual interest expenses by approximately SEK 15 million. Discount retail is countercyclical, and it’s clear that demand continues to grow - even in challenging times. With a stable platform, strong cash flows, good access to the capital market, attractive project opportunities, and a clear value-creation strategy, Prisma is well positioned for continued profitable growth", says Fredrik Mässing, CEO of Prisma Properties.
