Prisma Properties comments on the reconstruction of Pizza Hut

One of Prisma Properties’ tenants, NRG Pizza AB, which operates Pizza Hut in Sweden, has been under company reconstruction since November 10. Therefore, Prisma Properties would like to clarify the following:

NRG Pizza AB has informed Prisma Properties that the company intends to fulfill all lease agreements currently in effect between the company and Prisma Properties, and that the leases will be honored in accordance with their existing terms and conditions.

Prisma Properties has a total of eight lease agreements with NRG Pizza AB concerning restaurant premises located in Örebro, Västerås, Sundsvall, Norrköping, Karlstad, Handen, Norsborg, and Växjö. The agreements have an average remaining lease term of 5.5 years and represent approximately two percent of Prisma Properties’ total rental value.
