Prisma expands its retail park in Vagnhärad – signs long lease agreements with Rusta and Jysk
Prisma Properties (publ) strengthens its retail park in Vagnhärad, Trosa Municipality, through 10-year lease agreements with discount retailers Rusta and Jysk.
The new stores will cover a total of approximately 3,500 square metres, with a combined annual rental value of approximately SEK 4.2 million. They will be located right next to Willys, which Prisma developed and opened in 2024. The property will also be equipped with 20 fast chargers for electric vehicles, in line with Prisma’s focus on sustainable and future-proof retail.
Construction is planned to start in autumn 2025, with the opening expected in mid-2026.
“Following the opening of Willys last year, we’re pleased to soon welcome two more strong and popular brands to our growing retail park. Rusta and Jysk will complement the tenant mix and further strengthen the location’s appeal,” says Thomas Hansen, CDO at Prisma Properties.
“The fact that both Rusta and Jysk choose to establish themselves here is a strong signal for Vagnhärad and Trosa Municipality.
