Prisma acquires property in Lycksele - signs long lease agreement with Willys

Prisma Properties (publ) has acquired the property Fröklängen 1 in Lycksele to develop a new store with the grocery chain Willys as its tenant. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 19 million and closing is set for January. The lease agreement with Willys has a term of 12 years, and the annual rental value for the property amounts to approximately SEK 4.4 million.

The property comprises 3,650 square meters, part of which is currently leased by Granngården. A vacant part of the property will be developed into a new Willys store. Construction is planned to begin in the first quarter, with the store expected to open at the turn of 2025/2026.

“Willys is a highly requested chain in many municipalities. We are very pleased to offer local residents affordable groceries while strengthening Prisma's presence in Lycksele,” says Thomas Hansen, CDO, Prisma Properties.

“Until now, Lycksele residents have had to travel more than 100 kilometers to shop at Willys. This is a much-awaited establishment that will make everyday life much easier for many people in the area,” says Heinz Möller, Establishment Manager at Willys.
