Prisma acquires City Gross in Höör
Prisma Properties (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire the retail property Holma 1:21 in Höör, with City Gross as the main tenant. The property is located in a retail park where Prisma has previously developed discount retail with tenants such as Jysk, Rusta, Dollarstore, and Jem & Fix. With this acquisition, Prisma takes full control of the retail park and strengthens its exposure to grocery retail. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 120 million, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 10.6 million.
The property comprises a total of approximately 14,500 square meters, with a WAULT of 6.8 years. Preliminary closing is planned for December 4, 2024.
"This strategic acquisition gives us full control of the entire retail park and creates new opportunities for long-term development. It also strengthens our presence in the grocery retail segment, which aligns with our growth strategy," says Tom Hagen, Head of Transactions at Prisma Properties.
