Precise Biometrics: Registration of rights issue and last day of trading in BTA

Precise Biometrics AB has performed a preferential rights issue of shares which was finalized on May 29th, 2023. The rights issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day of trading in paid subscribed shares (Sw. “BTA”) is June 28th, 2023. The retrieval date is June 30th, 2023, after which paid subscribed shares are transformed to shares on July 4th, 2023.

Advisors

Precise Biometrics has engaged Erik Penser Bank AB and Advokatfirman Lindahl as financial and legal advisors in connection with the rights issue.
