Polymer Factory publishes memorandum relating to the rights issue
On 27 January 2023, Polymer Factory announced that the Board of Directors had resolved on an issue of shares with pre-emptive right for existing shareholders. The resolution was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 February 2023.
The memorandum, including complete terms and conditions, has today, 23 February 2023, been made available on the websites of the Company (www.polymerfactory.com), Sedermera Corporate Finance AB (www.sedermera.se), and Nordic Issuing AB (www.nordic-issuing.se). A summary teaser is also available on the on the abovementioned websites.
