Polymer Factory has received conditional approval for listing on the Nordic Growth Market
The decision is conditional on Polymer Factory fulfilling the formal listing requirements and that no new information comes to light that affects the company's fulfillment of these requirements.
Due to the conditional approval, Polymer Factory has today applied for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market with the desire for the last trading day on Thursday, June 20, 2024. The first trading day on Nordic SME is estimated to be Monday, June 24, 2024.
Shareholders in Polymer Factory will not have to take any measures in connection with the change of marketplace.
