Polymer Factory's share has been listed on Spotlight Stock Market since 2021. The company's Board and management have now started the work required to prepare the company for a change of listing to NGM. The proposed change is intended to be completed before the end of Q2, 2024.
The rationale behind the evaluation includes NGM's cost advantages that are in line with the Company's continuous work to streamline the use of resources.
Existing shareholders in Polymer Factory are not deemed to be affected at all.
