With Rajesh Varma leaving his position in DNCA, Rajesh has announced his immediate resignation from the company's Board of Directors. According to the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of ten members, which means that Rajesh will not be replaced. The ongoing work in the Nomination Committee continues and Håkan Lagerberg, representing 6.75 % of the shares, replaces Rajesh in the Nomination Committee.
