PolarCool

The Med-Tech company PolarCool AB (publ.) secures a league agreement with the Czech Republic's top-tier hockey league, Extraliga, for the remainder of the 2025 Playoffs. The agreement ensures PolarCap® will be provided during the 2025 playoff semi-finals and finals.

The agreement with the Extraliga marks a strategic step toward full-scale adoption next season and aligns with PolarCool's long-term goal of securing partnerships in Europe's top-tier leagues and positioning PolarCap® as the standard in acute concussion management.

This pilot phase will showcase how PolarCap® serves as a valuable enhancement to existing concussion management, providing valuable insights to teams and medical staff across the league.

Gaining league approval for the Extraliga Playoffs marks another strategic step forward for PolarCool in the Czech Republic. In early 2025 ice hockey club BK Mláda Boleslav became the first club to sign a commercial agreement in the market.
