PolarCool

The med-tec company PolarCool AB (publ) announces that the companies' Chairman of the Board Gustaf Frithz, and board members Håkan Samuelsson and Pär Carmonius have subscribed for shares in the ongoing rights issue by using subscription rights and have also chosen to subscribe for an increased number of shares that follows from the subscription commitments.

Altogether, this means that PolarCool's board and management have subscribed for shares with the support of subscription rights corresponding to a total of approximately 455 TSEK (compared to commitments of 235 TSEK). Chairman Gustaf Frithz subscribes for 100 TSEK, members Mats Forsman for 85 TSEK, Håkan Samuelsson for 120 TSEK, Pär Carmonius for 50 TSEK and CEO Erik Andersson for 100 TSEK.

The subscription period for PolarCool's rights issue ends on March 3, 2023.
