PolarCool Board members and Management subscribe for all their unit rights in the company's ongoing rights issue

The med-tec company PolarCool AB (publ) announces that the company's Chairman of the Board Gustaf Frithz, and board members Håkan Samuelsson, Mats Forsman and CEO Erik Andersson have subscribed for all their unit rights in the ongoing rights issue.
The subscription period for PolarCool's rights issue ends on October 2nd 2023.
