- Income from property management increased to SEK 345 million (312)
- Profit for the period increased to SEK 127 million (-329)
- Value of property portfolio amounted to SEK 28,432 million (28,250)
The quarter (1 April – 30 June 2024)
- Net lettings amounted to SEK 1 million (9)
- Reached record levels in terms of renegotiated leases
- Re-affirmation of Investment Grade credit rating confirmed
- Achieved an award for progress in circular construction processes and recycling
- Grand re-opening of the office building Aria
