During the month of March, the number of shares and votes in Pierce Group AB (publ) has increased due to the board of directors’ resolution on directed issue and repurchase of 950,000 series C shares as communicated on 7 March 2024.

As of 28 March 2024, the number of shares in Pierce Group AB (publ) amounts to 80,324,100 shares, of which 79,374,100 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 950,000 are series C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The number of votes in the company amounts to 79,469,100 votes.
