The Board of Directors of Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB (publ) (the "Company"), has decided to postpone the date of the extraordinary general meeting until September 2, 2024. In accordance with the previously published notice, the extraordinary general meeting was originally intended to be held on August 19, 2024. The Company has postponed the extraordinary general meeting due to administrative reasons.
An updated notice for the extraordinary general meeting will be issued shortly.
