ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBER
Goran Dubravčić was elected as a new member of the Board.
The newly elected board member Goran Dubravčić is the CEO of Altium SA, which currently owns 11.8 percent of the shares in the Company. Altium SA has 500 employees and operates in markets in Europe and the US, has annual sales in excess of SEK 1 billion and has a significant sales organization.
