The project comprises the renovation of an office building of 11,000 gross m2 spread over eight floors. The existing cold ground floor will be converted into warm indoor spaces and the property will get a new main entrance on the northwest façade. In addition, the building's frame will be repaired and reinforced, and the building's technology systems will be upgraded to current standards.

"We're proud of the trust placed in us by our customer. When we renovate this office building, which was built during the recession in the beginning of 1990s, we do it with high sustainability goals for both work safety and the environment," says Ilkka Laakeristo, Region Manager Peab Finland.

The project will begin in January 2025 and is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2026.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2025.
