The project comprises 151 rental apartments, a preschool, assisted living and shops in the city block Persikan on eastern Södermalm in central Stockholm. In total the residential block comprises 1,240 apartments, most of which are ready to move into now. Smidmek's part of the contract is clearly delineated and mounting includes filigree plates, columns, stairways and solid inner walls.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2023.
