The project comprises a new three story senior living facility on the property Fiskeby 2:1. The building will consist of 80 rooms, common areas and personnel and utility rooms.

The base floor will consist of a slab on the ground, the building frame will be concrete and the facade will be in brick. Part of the roof will be covered in solar panels.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in October 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in February 2026.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2023.
