Peab

Peab will build HSB Brf Krita in Limhamn that will comprise 109 apartments. The project consists of a basement and underground garage as well as the construction of five residential buildings. Facades will be slate and the buildings will have recessed penthouse apartments and larger terraces on the top floors.

Sustainability permeates the project and the apartment buildings will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, which means that they meet high standards for energy efficiency, a good indoor environment and environmentally adapted material choices.

"We're proud to have been entrusted by HSB to build this modern and climate-smart block in Limhamn. As a local construction company with strong roots in the region it feels especially meaningful to contribute to the development of an area where many of our employees live and work," says Peter Lindstedt, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will start in the next few days and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2028.

The contract will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2025.
