Peab builds homes in Helsinki
The project comprises construction of an apartment building with 79 apartments and a total of close to 9,000 m2 gross area.
"We're very proud for the opportunity to build this apartment building and at the same time collaborate with a new customer," says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab Finland.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in June 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in February 2025.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2023.
