The new homes will be located in Oceanhamnen in Helsingborg. The project comprises a building with varying floor heights of between four and seven stories. The building will contain commercial premises and 57 new tenant-owner apartments in a mix of penthouses, townhouses and smaller apartments.

"We're very proud to have been entrusted with this project and to be able to contribute with our expertise in the construction of more homes in Helsingborg. This is a great example of our local community building," says Peter Lindstedt, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work has already begun now in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2027.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2025.
