Paxman publishes newsletter on its recently obtained EU MDR Certification
Today, Paxman publishes the February issue of its newsletter aimed at shareholders, investors and other interested parties.
This month’s issue highlights that Paxman obtained EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) certification from its official standards body, the British Standards Institution (BSI), at the end of January. The EU MDR for medical devices ensures continuity of patient access and care not only in the EU but in over 100 countries around the world. As many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are struggling to achieve MDR certification, Paxman is proud to having reached this important milestone thanks to the dedication and hard work of its team.
The newsletter also includes information on several signed contracts and orders in the US, the UK and around the world, including a large order for 25 systems from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in the north of England, and that Dr Aishwarya Bandla, Paxman’s Regional R&D Manager based in Singapore, was recognised at the National University of Singapore College of Design and Engineering (CDE) Alumni Awards 2022.
