Pixelfox AB announces that its AI customer support platform, Userdesk (https://userdesk.io), will be made available for Shopify and its extensive network of online merchants. This initiative is part of the company’s expansion strategy and aims to offer an efficient solution for customer management.

E-commerce has experienced strong growth in recent years, with an estimated 30 million online stores worldwide. Shopify is one of the leading players, accounting for nearly a quarter of these stores. By integrating Userdesk into the Shopify ecosystem, Pixelfox AB intends to meet the growing demand for business-focused applications.

Userdesk is planned to launch on the Shopify App Store in Q1 2025 and will be marketed to both existing customers and new businesses looking to optimize their customer management.
