Determination of Share Price and Number of Shares for Payment of Additional Purchase Price

In accordance with the outcome of the additional purchase price for the acquisition of the subsidiary W&IT Solutions, the number of shares has now been determined. The price per share has been calculated through a 30-day VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) between February 8 and March 20, 2024, and amounted to 0.73 SEK. The number of new shares amounted to 2,054,794.
