Pandox signs new lease agreement with Strawberry for hotel property in Bodø
Pandox has signed a new long-term revenue-based lease agreement with the hotel operator Strawberry for a hotel property in Bodø, Norway. The lease agreement is scheduled to enter into force on January 1, 2027, when the current agreement with Radisson Hotel Group expires. The new lease agreement is attractive and will have a positive impact on the market value of the hotel property.
"We are pleased to strengthen our collaboration with Strawberry and to welcome them as a new tenant in one of our two hotel properties in Bodø. The interest from hotel operators in running the hotel has been strong, which confirms the city's attractiveness and good growth conditions. Together with Strawberry, we see good opportunities to further develop the hotel and strengthen its position in a growing market," says Tobias Ekman, SVP Asset Management Nordics at Pandox.
To increase the hotel's attractiveness, Pandox and Strawberry will jointly renovate the entrance and lobby.

The hotel is currently operated under the Radisson Blu Bodø brand and will change its name to Clarion Hotel Bodø with the new lease agreement.
