Oscar Properties

The Company proposes that the bondholders consent to the Terms and Conditions being amended in order to, among other things, (i) amend certain financial covenants and (ii) include mandatory partial redemptions of the outstanding bonds on 5 January 2024 and 5 April 2024 provided that certain conditions are met.

The agent will deliver the notice to a written procedure to all bondholders on 1 February 2023. The written procedure will commence on 6 February 2023 and end on 27 February 2023. To be eligible to participate in the written procedure a person must fulfil the formal criteria for being a bondholder on 20 February 2023. This means that the person must be registered on a securities account with Euroclear Sweden AB as a direct registered owner (Sw. direktregistrerad ägare) or authorised nominee (Sw. förvaltare) with respect to one or several Bonds.
