EPTI Incubation AB - First quarter 2022

• Revenues increased by 510% to kSEK 21,583 (4,836)
• EBITDA amounted to kSEK -9,605 (-2,430)
• EBITDA margin was -45% (-50)

NAV development after the end of the period
The Company estimate’s that the NAV has increased by 88 MSEK to 932 MSEK after the end of the period, attributable to the acquisitions of Adhype and Immomer.

Corrections of the Year-End Report 2021
The company has discovered deviations in the applied accounting principles (K3) in the Year-End Report 2021 which affect closing balances and the full-year result of 2021. The adjustments have been taken into account in the Interim Report for the first quarter 2022. For further information, please see page 19 in the attached report.
