EPTI completes divestment of the consulting business Axakon Consulting AB
EPTI AB (publ) ("EPTI" or the "Company") has today completed the divestment of the consulting business Axakon Consulting AB ("Axakon") to ByBrick Insight AB (“byBrick”) in accordance with previous press release on April 24, 2023. Completion of the transaction was conditional on union approval which is now completed. ByBrick thereby takes over the consulting business Axakon through the planned asset transfer with a purchase price of approximately SEK 10 million.
