The last partial registration of the rights issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office which has resulted in an increase of 31,290,323 shares and votes, respectively. The last day of trading in BTAs is July 28, 2023, and the stop day at Euroclear will be on August 1, 2023. The new shares are expected to be delivered to the shareholders' securities deposit/VP account on August 3, 2023.

Through the registration, OmniCar’s number of shares increased from 221,539,752 shares, corresponding to 221,539,752 votes, to 252,830,075 shares, corresponding to 252,830,075 votes, and the share capital increased with SEK 3,129,032.30, from SEK 22,153,975.20 to SEK 25,283,007.50.
