Obducat receives order valued at 14 million SEK from a European institute

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a European institute, for the supply of a fully automated MicroCluster system. The order value amounts to approx. 14 million SEK.

The MicroCluster system is configured to perform advanced resist coating and developing processes on a range of substrate materials and sizes. Further information cannot be disclosed at this point in time. The system is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2025.
