Obducat receives order for an EITRE® 6 NIL-system from a customer in Asia

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order for the supply of an EITRE 6 NIL-system from an Asian company engaged in manufacturing of semiconductor components. The order value amounts to approx. 2.8 million SEK.

The EITRE 6 system will be installed in the customer’s cleanroom facilities. Further information cannot be disclosed at this point in time.

The EITRE 6 system is planned to be delivered during the first quarter next year.
